The NI OPC Servers bridge converts proprietary industrial protocols to the open OPC Classic and OPC Unified Architecture (UA) protocols. This conversion to OPC then enables NI LabVIEW software to communicate to many different programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and third-party devices through the OPC Client that is included with the LabVIEW. You can read tags from an OPC server either by using Datasocket or by using the DSC VIs. Searching for OPC in the example finder and on NI's site should provide some results. I suppose it's also possible you can bind a control directly to an OPC tag, but I'm not sure about that one.

FrameworkCould you help me to solve this installation issue?Regards,Bence.
Hello Bence, this error is a general Windows Installer issue, which according to numerous articles available on the web can be caused by corrupted.NET components, missing permissions, registry size limits amongst others. To pinpoint to root cause specific to your case please create a MAX report (please see the following ) and attach it to your reply, that contains the installation logs.Another thing that you have not tried yet is to repair or reinstall your.NET Framework installation. Please check if either one helps.Regards.
